Schuyler County Italian American Festival Frank Chiacchierini community Service Award

These Scholarships are given in memory of Frank Chiacchierini, who voluntarily expended much time and energy for many years on behalf of the local community, and was instrumental in the founding of the Italian American Festival in 1979.

Scholarships are awarded based on a student's community services and contributions. All winners must intend to further their education to qualify.
