1 p.m. - Midnight: Opening of food and craft marketplace, displays, entertainment, beverages, games of chance, amusement rides and concessions by Main Event Amusements, Solvay, NY. Optional "Super Saver" for the amusement rides: $20 for all rides, all day. New this year - Laser Tag by Ithaca Paintball, on the lakefront.
6 p.m.: Pasta Eating Contest at the Food Tent. Sponsored by the Southern Finger Lakes Women and the Seneca Harbor Station. Open to all.
6 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Bingo in the Pavilion.
7 p.m. - Tae Kwan Do Exhibition at the Entertainment Tent.
8 p.m. - Midnight: Buford and Smokin Section perform their blues-charged rock 'n' roll at the Sound Stage.
Midnight: Beer & Wine Garden Closes.
SATURDAY, JULY 31st, 2010
9 -9:30 a.m.-Bocce Tournament Registration. The Tony Tallarida Memorial Tournament Begins 10:00 a.m., sponsored by Cargill Salt Co.
12 Noon-Midnight: Opening of food and craft marketplace, amusement rides and games, displays, games of chance. Optional "Super Saver" for the amusement rides: $20 for all rides, all day.
12 Noon: Festival Parade begins with marching bands, floats, bagpipes and more than 50 units. Featuring Mighty St. Joe's Alumni Drum & Bugle Corp. and The Purple Lancers Drum & Bugle Corps. Special appearances by the Grand Marshal and the Festival Prince and Princess. Parade begins at 12th & Decatur St., goes north on Decatur St. to 4th Street, then east on 4th St. to Clute Park. The Parade announcer is stationed at Lafayette Park on 4th St. Come and enjoy the best parade in the region. At the conclusion of the Parade, several groups are expected to give a performance at the Festival grounds.
3 p.m.: The Leslie School of Dance performs at the Entertainment Tent.
3 p.m.: St. Mary's of the Lake Church -Roman Catholic Mass for the Deceased of the Community held in the Pavilion.
5 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Bingo in the Pavilion.
8 p.m. - Midnight: Shylock Foxx rocks at The Sound Stage.
10 p.m. - Beer & Wine Ticket Booth Closes for the Fireworks Show, and re-opens after the fireworks until 11:30 p.m.
10:15 p.m.: FIREWORKS OVER SENECA LAKE-Display by American Fireworks Company of Utica. Widely known as the best show in the area, with a finale second to none.
Midnight: Beer & Wine Garden Closes.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 1st, 2010
9 -9:30a.m.-Bocce Tournament Registration.
12 Noon-6p.m.: Opening of food and craft marketplace, amusement rides and games, displays, games of chance. Optional "Super Saver" for the amusement rides: $15 for all rides from noon to 5 p.m.
12 Noon: Competition at the Lakeside Community Skate Park. Skateboarders, Bikers, and Roller Bladers are expected to compete for prizes and bragging rights.
12 Noon: Motorcycles begin to arrive for the Nick Preston Memorial Motorcycle Extravaganza sponsored by Lanes Yamaha.
1 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Bingo in the Pavilion.
2 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Classic Rock at The Sound Stage by The Schuyler Scoundrels.
6 p.m.: Close of the 31st Annual Italian American Festival.
